Training Dates: May 25th and 26th
Time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Practice Reiki on yourself and others
Explore techniques to center and ground yourself
Learn energy boundaries and purification tools
Experiential exercises to go within individually and with other students
Our training will take place face to face for two days
After our 2 days together, we will embark on 21 days of self discovery and self treatment
Access our closed Facebook group for your cohort, where you will receive emotional and spiritual support for 1 month
Three sessions on zoom to practice self Reiki collectively for 3 weeks
An individual follow up meeting on Zoom to discuss your experience and address any individual concerns

13 Hours of face to face training
3 hours of collective practice on zoom
1 hour meeting on zoom after 30 days

Recording of a guided self treatment practice
